- 4” baseboards with 2-3/4” casing in colonial style, in all finished areas.
- Series 800 or classique style doors, except where indicated as sliding door. Not applicable to cold storage or exterior doors.
- Doors, windows and full archways to be trimmed.
- Brass lever style interior door hardware.
- Paint grade quarter round in tiled areas or hardwood areas.
- Maintenance free, vinyl clad casement windows throughout, except in basement.
- Insulated steel entry door(s) with weather stripping.
- Extensive caulking for improved energy conservation and draft prevention.
