WINDOWS, DOORS AND TRIM

  1. 4” baseboards with 2-3/4” casing in colonial style, in all finished areas.
  2. Series 800 or classique style doors, except where indicated as sliding door. Not applicable to cold storage or exterior doors.
  3. Doors, windows and full archways to be trimmed.
  4. Brass lever style interior door hardware.
  5. Paint grade quarter round in tiled areas or hardwood areas.
  6. Maintenance free, vinyl clad casement windows throughout, except in basement.
  7. Insulated steel entry door(s) with weather stripping.
  8. Extensive caulking for improved energy conservation and draft prevention.
